Brilliant company

My boiler broke down just before winter was told I needed a new one. Applied to Zopa for a loan, couldn't believe their great interest rates compared to other lenders, accepted the offered loan, money in the bank straight away and then easy online loan management, changed Direct Debit date straight away to my preferred date, absolutely fantastic, why aren't all loans this easy?
