They've no idea what they're doing

Moved to Ireland after taking out a loan. Couldn't update my address - computer says no. Couldn't log in without a UK mobile number as 2FA - computer says no. In the end they promised not to send post to my old UK address and make a note of my new address on my account for security purposes but I always had to give my old address to get past security. Tried to change my direct debit to my Revolut which is obviously registered at my new address - computer says no. Useless. No solutions given. Just no, can't do it. Make it so hard to access my account and pay off my loan, which makes no sense. Doesn't feel like a very professional or modern company. Would not recommend. EDIT: after my initial review they contacted me to sort out the direct debit. I even got an email saying it had been setup with the correct details. Now I'm getting emails saying I've missed payments and no money has been taken. This company is a joke. Reviewed on: 5th September 2025

Quick and easy to apply with good app. Showed me my chances of been accepted and payment into my bank was quick and simple. Can manage payments in the app and pay off early. The rate was competitive. Reviewed on: 5th September 2025
