First experiences of dealing with Zopa back in Octob...

First experiences of dealing with Zopa back in October 2021 were very good. The company seemed very efficient,helpful and we were well pleased. Two loans were taken out For £14k and £10k. They have both been paid down monthly and now stand at only £2293 and 3832 respectively. The loans are almost paid up. Meanwhile, we have been email-shotted constantly about new products and invited to take out new loans. When we responded recently we were turned down and Zopa tried to refer us to a sub prime lender. This is disgraceful - we have a PERFECT record and our credit standing is very high. This leaves us wondering just WHO Zopa considers lending money to these days ?? WE should have been a VERY easy decision indeed. When we have paid off these current loans we won't be returning to Zopa. We consider that Zopa does not deserve our support and loyalty. Great Loan Options, Excellent App to See Progress

I took out a loan with Zopa to cover roof repairs and car finance at a lower interest rate. Love using the app which shows the progress over time, the amount I am payng and the amount left Reviewed on: 19th April 2025

Supportive and straightforward.
