Great customer service and quick process

Zopa offered a better interest rate compared to other lenders I looked at. The application process was mostly smooth, though I did have to wait a little longer than expected for final approval. A simple way to get a loan.

This is the second time that I have used Zopa and each time I found the process of lending money very straight forward. The terms are clear and the append website is so useful and clear to navigate. Being able to easily make extra payments via the app is really useful. Reviewed on: 15th April 2026
