Helped me save money...

I wanted a consolidation loan to pay a credit card off, that was more than i was eligible for. A customer service advisor helped me by taking a few extra security details, and a copy of my passport and it was agreed in a few minutes, others just refused, whereas Zopa helped me save money as its much cheaper than the credit card i had.
