Simple. Affordable. Great Service.

I came across Zopa whilst looking for a loan to pay off the balloon payment on my car finance. I applied online using the very quick and user friendly online application. Within minutes I was offered the loan I was hoping for. I was expecting to be offered less than the advertised interest rates... as this is the norm. To my surprise, Zopa were very honest and transparent (a breath of fresh air). I received the money in my account within a few days. Since receiving the money, I have had to use my online Zopa account to change the day my direct debit comes out. Within a few clicks this was done. No waiting on the phone to speak to a customer service rep needed. I do not usually leave reviews but I felt compelled given the excellent experience I have had.
