Rate hike

Very strange how rate can jump from under 4% to 20% ?checked my credit score with experian and it's very good ! Very disappointed as I've been pleased in the past but this hike has put me off from using zopa again. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2017

Excellent service, efficient and prompt.
