Amazing in every way....Thank You ZOPA

Earlier this year I had bad tennants evicted from a house I rented. This was a costly process that left me with a house in a dreadful state. When I approached the two high street banks that I have been dealing with for the last 10 - 15 Years I was offered limited help at rates of between 12% and 20% interest. I found ZOPA via moneysupermarket.com and after a relatively short and simple process I had the full amound requested in my account within a couple of days with repayments at a level I chose with interest at only 3%. Great Loan Rate

I required a short term (Max 2 years) loan to Purchase the Freehold of my flat. I didn't wish to extend my Mortgage as I am working on paying it off. After researching rates on the Internet, Knowing I have a good credit rating, I found that Zopa ( Never heard of them before but their feedback reviews were excellent ), offered an excellent rate (Far better than my own bank!), Repayment terms are flexible in that I can pay off earlier if I want to without penalty, & the terms & conditions are very good. The application process was very easy to use online (Excellent website guys!) & approval was swift with the money in my account within a few days. Easy and quick to set up very flexible and great rates
