A fair and hassle free loan company

Zopa's ethos sits comfortably with me and they understand their customers' wants and needs. Setting up the loan was straightforward, without hidden add-ons or lots of small print. I felt confident and self-assured agreeing to the loan and haven't regretted it since. The rates are fair and I like knowing that it's not a bank getting all the profits. Loans don't need to be complicated, so why make them that way? Plus I don't get bombarded with emails. I've recommended them to lots of people and wouldn't hesitate to do so in the future too.
