have invested in Zopa for a few years and always impressed by the information about and growth of company. invester continually updated on what's happening and future plans. always aware of where my investments are used and level of care of that investment. excellent returns. now pushing for ISA status can only promote further growth. used a ZOPA loan function. Excellent. details checked and cleared within 24hrs. cash in bank as quick. clear concise details of loan and costs. again super reasonable. one calc one cost one rate. know exactly what to expect from ZOPA. new tiered level of invester risk and reward, makes choice of investing easier to comprehend and safer or riskier your choice. Easy and hassle free

Fair play with a few caveats

Simple and straightforward to set up a loan. If you over pay and want to renegotiate your rate or adjust your loan schedule you will incur fees which feels unnecessary as everything else with regard to a loan seems fair and well priced. It's very easy to service and manage your loan via the website, however if you make an over payment it tends to tie up the loan account for a number of days or until the next payment schedule which seems like an unnecessary delay if you want to see your new loan balance.
