Simple, straightforward and clearly presented

Looking for a loan can be full of "gobbledy gook" sometimes from a consumers point of view. Not so with Zopa. Applied online with a clearly written application process. Once accepted everything fell into place just as advised - no complications. Money in my account exactly when they said it would be and could then forget and get on with life.
