Completely pain free experience

Found the application process very simple to complete, whilst the scrutiny process was very thorough it was also quick, allowing us to complete our purchase very quickly- WIN Win Win- just brilliant! Reviewed on: 30th May 2017

Easy to use. Clear. Friendly.

Applies for a loan after my bank ended my student overdraft. Zopa gave me reasonable rates so I applied for a loan. The website was also really clear about what I would pay and when. I had trouble getting some of my evidence documents together about where I lived etc. They were proper friendly about it, extended my application window while I got it sorted. Love the fact you can repay early with no penalty. But best of all is that I now don't live in my overdraft which makes me more conscious about my money and allowing me to start saving while repaying! Reviewed on: 30th May 2017
