First class loan product

I needed a new kitchen as my old one was getting too shabby. I didnt have the cash upfront so started looking at loans from banks. I stumbled across Zopa, and its the best thing that I did. Straight forward

I applied for a loan at a large well known supermarket. They advertise a rate but cheekily change it when they send the paperwork. I have perfect credit rating so felt conned by this. I applied for a loan with Zappa and was amaised at how efficient it was. I was given the rate I applied for with no paperwork going backward and forward.
