Excellant service

very quick to respond, helpful but also check to make sure that loaning will not result in financial problems for the borrower. I prefer to use zopa for loans instead of my high street bank that I have my current account with. I really like the fact that there are no early redemption penalties as well. Flawlessly simple to arrange and set up, second to none

I have used Zola on two occasions and I have to say the whole process from application to receipt of funds was flawless, no issues and no hold ups, quite simply if you want a loan don't look elsewhere. I've paid both my loans back early and on both occasions I incurred NO early penalties and once again the process was simple and very efficient. Reviewed on: 20th December 2016

Grear service, fantastic idea for lenders & investors

I've taken a couple of loans out with Zopa to date. I was immediately drawn to the company due to the lending arrangements and also the investment opportunity (I was happy knowing that I was helping other people receive a reasonable ROI rather than the larger corporations & would definitely look to become an investor in the future. Simple, Personal borrowing

Zopa's lending service was very straight forward, with very competitive fixed rates. The option to top up your lending or pay off early without any hidden charges is what made me choose them.
