The online application was easy and straight forward. Forwarding of any additional information was also easy to do. The staff were professional and very helpful and the whole process took 2 days to complete, with the money in my account on the 3rd. Reviewed on: 20th December 2016

Quick, simple and easy to manage

Customer service from Zopa is great. Simple search function for the best option (length and amount). Quick decision and easy debit order put in place to ensure I am managing repayments.
