Modern platform, old fashioned service

Have used twice before and would/will use again if necessary and would recommend to a friend or family member if they were in need of the service. The online process for application is straight forward and the account management is very user friendly. This is coupled with good customer service and feeling of being treated individually. Simple, Quick, Fairly Priced and honest.

We needed a loan to buy a car. There were a number of good deals around but none as clearly labelled and easy to see as Zopa. The entire process took a couple of days, the decision was initially quick and soon we were sent the money.
