Convenient and cheap

I have taken out two loans with zopa & found their staff knowledgeable and incredibly helpful on both occasions. They use a second line support for more complicated requests such as mine where the money want actually due to be paid until the end of the tax year. They took the time to understand what and why (as well as making sure I could pay). Being able to pay back anytime without penalty is a massive draw. Highly recommended. very impressed

Firstly, I messed up and managed to apply for the wrong amount. I was mortified and rang Zola. They were supportive, did not patronize me, they just sorted out my mistake. After taking out the loan, it was easy to check on my progress, and to make extra repayments when I could.
