This is how all loans should be work! Game-changer!

Never have I had such a straightforward experience with sourcing personal finance than with Zopa. Their app is so easy to navigate and there are explanations for all the jargon terms so you know exactly what you are borrowing. All of the information is so easy to access that I feel in control at all times and can make responsible financial decisions when I need to, without fear of hidden charges and fees. I had previously avoided any kind of personal loans because I was terrified of somehow getting into large insurmountable debts, but Zopa helps me to know exactly what I’m paying, when I’m paying it, and I can even make early repayments without being penalised. Genuinely transparent

I needed a loan for home improvements, they told me the rate before I applied, meaning no hit to my score. I can make payments when I want, the app is genuinely great and easy to use, and whenever I've spoken to them, no matter how trivial they've been absolutely lovely. Reviewed on: 28th April 2025
