Quick decision and excellent customer service

First time zopa user.

I found the whole process to be easy and quick. Having searched around for my desired loan amount I started doing research and zopa were coming out on top. I was a little dubious as I hadn't heard of them before. However everything went well and I'm about to settle my loan early in the next couple of months.
