Quick and Transparent

I applied to two different (large) on line loan providers and the two experiences could not be more different. The Zopa communication about progress and what was required was quick and clear to the extent where I had the money in my account before the other provider actually acknowledged my application - I then struggled to get in touch with them because they had large queues on the phone whereas Zopa have the functionality to manage the relationship and the applications progress on line. Simply quick

I had always kept away from online loans thinking they would entail endless emails etc ,nothing could be further from the truth when I eventually applied for a zopa loan .
