A fantastic company!

I needed a loan to move out from home and start a new, very prospectful career. The process was simple and easy, I was well advised and looked after from the very beginning! Quick, Easy, Professional & very helpful

Literally took minutes to do and get a reply an a date of when the funds were available. Took all the hassle out of the formal side of life; an to top it off their mobile site is easy to use and there are no hidden fees or charges. 100% recommend over the highstreet banks. Good value and responsive customer support

Had an issue with direct debits not being taken. Zopa were quick to react and rectify the issue along with ensuring no lasting issues on my account. Easy to set hold of and speak with a human which is useful with complex issues. Reviewed on: 19th December 2016

Expensive

Make you think your getting a good offer but looking at apr and everyone what they offered they totally ripped me off just got a loan with 4.8 percent apr instead of the 19.5 they charged me...even though quote was at 8.8 will be paying off just now and wont get another :)!!
