Zopa is excellent

Zopa does exactly what it says on the tin.

Zopa does exactly what it says on the tin. The website is clear to navigate, and choices are clearly explained. Simples. It's simple, that's why it works. the tone of the written content is slightly different to other institutions I have dealt with; it's clear without being patronising. It steers clear of ambiguity by being precise and accurate. Not rocket science but most can't do it. It is kind of humble and modest, rather like the little characters on the logo - that's clever.
