The Zopa app is simple to use and easy to navigate.

The app is very simple to use and easy to navigate. Customer service is good. Transfers out and between savings pots are very quick. Interest rates have been increased several times over the last few months and remained competitive. Having an instant access and a choice of notice 'boosted' accounts all in one place is very appealing and it's easy to give notice. There's not too much communication. Reviewed on: 8th January 2024
