Zuto did exactly what I wanted ,but......

I first found Zuto when looking for car finance when the dealership couldnt get me approved for one. After a soft search on my Creditscore Zuto offered me a great rate, but after applying with them the rate completely changed to one I wasnt to pleased with. My agent James Williamson did a fantastic job helping me find a car that was suitable for me and worked to get me the best rate with my credit history. There communication was great, friendly and couldnt do enough for you. I did get an agreement with them and im happy with the end result. I'd give them 5 stars on everything if it wasnt for the window rate being so far away from the actual rates I got offered Reviewed on: 9th September 2025
