Since being with 118118 my credit score has improved. The customer service has always been excellent. I am always kept upto date as to when my payments are due (via a polite email), for my credit card and loan. . I have already recommended 118118 to members of the family. Never have a bad word really always keeping me up to date with balance, offers, limits and what looks like greater ice if ever you become stuck and need a bit of help if needed though not actually had to use it at present Apr is quite high and should look into reducing for customers that stay up to date but overall a good solid 9/10 from me Reviewed on: 15th April 2025
