Hi .Every time I have a problem some bot contacts me! I filed a complaint that contrary to the credit agreement you charged the first installment on April 1st and not May 1st! I was ignored!!! Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

118 looks after me in a way no other loan company has. They ensure I can afford repayments, they are constantly checking affordability for further loans. The repayments are within my budget and customer service are always so helpful and polite. Without 118 I wouldn’t be where I am today. Thankyou 118 you are too in my eyes !
