Car insurance

I have been using 1st central fo back coupe years now and have swapped cars with them a few times. Thier prices are reasonable and the online customer portal is very good giving you the ability to change most things very easily. Reviewed on: 9th November 2018

Easy process

I had to change my car insurance halfway through as I changed my car and it was an easy process to update my details online, so I was not without cover. Reviewed on: 9th September 2018

TOTAL RIP OFF

Absolutely worst. They are cheap to start - that's true. But if you start making changes like address, adding drivers etc. They will charge you absurd fees. Sold your car and want to cancel? Another £100. No other company (RAC, TESCO, AVIVA and others) ever charged me for cancelling due to an sold car. I don't even want to think how hard would a claim process be with them. Also - Don't trust their reviews with Feefo. Those are all filtered to show 3 and more stars. TOTAL RIP OFF Reviewed on: 4th September 2018

scam
