Helpful and Reasonably priced!

The worst ever experience in my life.AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The worst ever experience in my life.Never pay money for claim if something happen with you car.They didn't pay insurance for damage car( vandalism).I repaired my car myself.It cost me £2000.They are cancel contract after that and after 4 month send bill for recovery car £400.We lost lots of money,time,nerves.Nobody use this company.AVOID!!!!!!!!! AWFUL

Absolute rip off artists. DO NOT USE FIRST CENTRAL. - Cost more than my renewal from previous insurer but thought what the hell as I needed to insure my car quickly and I could do it online to be insured immediately and my insurer didn't open until 9am. - The proceeded to put my policy up £100's for little known reason - Asked for a load of proof, like driving licence, DVLA code, Proof of no claims etc. which was inconvenient but also received many threatening emails and letters saying they would cancel my policy. Chillax, it was doing it! - Tried to change my occupation - wanted to charge me almost £90!!! - Cancelled as they are a bunch of charlatans, and cost me £80!!! DO NOT USE and GOD HELP YOU IF YOU HAVE AN ACCIDENT. Reviewed on: 26th March 2018

Charged £27 for 9 days worth of insurance :)

After you add on all of the extras that they make you pay throughout the year, being with 1st central becomes an expensive, stressful and boring hobby. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2018

Not great for renewing

I have been with 1at central for two years. They provided me with a good service throughout. However, prior to my third renewal date, I received a quote which was 3x the amount that other insurance companies were charging. So much for loyalty. Based on this final sham, I would not recommend 1st central. Reviewed on: 17th February 2018

Car insurance

Cheapest for fully comp. Great customer service. The only downside is the wait to get through on the phone. Reviewed on: 10th February 2018

Worst I have dealt with cheap but nasty

Just changed my address on line with them, charged me £36. Expected my premium to go down but off course not stayed the same even though moving to a better area. Done the same and changed my address for my other car with a different company my premium reduced by half. Called them for an explanation, said there must be lots of car crime in the new address. Don't even try to cancel it, it will cost you a fortune £300 - £400 if not more. Not happy at all with this. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2018
