Having lost my job i was worried -amazing help

Having lost my job I was worried about the monthly payments it is both unexpected and unavoidable but something I hope to remedy very quickly. I would like to take the time to write about the end to end service I received from Louise Whitman and to thank her and Chorley from the bottom of my heart as this takes away such a burden that would have only continued to build and build. Excellent customer support

I really do feel like a valued member of The Chorley

After having a call today with Mark.R ok a bit of a fact finding mission he answered every question in terms I understood and was so helpful in explaining all my options. We are currently on a self build mortgage, and have been for a long time now - today’s phone call was the most helpful and beneficial conversation I’ve had during the whole process. I really do feel like a valued member of The Chorley and after the call today wouldn’t hesitate in recommending their services and am more than likely to stay with them when we switch to a residential mortgage - especially if we get to speak to mark again!
