The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. I have had a savings account with them for over 25 years and I've never had an issue with them. When I was looking for mortgage advice they sat me down and took me through everything I needed to think about and how to rejig my finances, even while knowing that their plans at the time would not have been suitable and that they were essentially just prepping me to get a mortgage with a competitor.
