Have been a customer for quite some time now both standard savings accounts and fixed rate bonds.. As existing customers we always get emails informing us of any new saving options. Also kept informed of any change to interest rates. During Covid with restrictions we were able to carry out our required banking needs with the usual excellent serice which still applies today Reviewed on: 5th March 2025

Interest rates on savings are an issue. Sometimes you offer higher rates on regular savings so I hope this will happen again, with inflation rocketing it is important to secure as goos a rate as possible. Reviewed on: 9th March 2022
