It has a very good selection of investments with very competitive rates of interest. The staff are always very pleasant, helpful and explain everything clearly, easy to understand. Having banked with Chorley Building Society for a long time, there doesn't seem to be the impetus to keep customers, the branch lacks atmosphere. No suggestion were made about other accounts - which also seem to need reviewing. Reviewed on: 19th November 2021
