Good service for savers.

Good that you have arranged for staff to be able to do their jobs during the pandemic. Good that you have finally set up for BACS funds transfers once accounts have matured. Hopefully you will allow maturing funds to go towards setting up new accounts? Reviewed on: 28th May 2020

All round money manager

We had our mortgage with Chorley Building Society from beginning to end, I also have an ISA. Extremely easy to deal with and feels like your dealt with on a personal level rather than a conveyor belt. Reviewed on: 5th March 2025

great Customer Sevice.

It's great to go into the Leyland branch and see the girls at the counter. All of them are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. This doesn't happen in the other High Street banks. Reviewed on: 5th March 2025

Staff very knowledgable. Like dealing with a local building society. No need to make an appointment to discuss new accounts or upgrades. Recently opted for on line access. Had a few issues registering myself. I called into the branch and they were able to help me set everything up which was really helpful. Reviewed on: 5th March 2025
