Always friendly and patient. The standing order instruction are a bit bleak. I presumed that the date of the first transfer was the 1st of the month and I added that the duration was 11 months. Reviewed on: 6th July 2020

Your interest rates are very fair. At 87 I prefer to deal face to face particularly due to being registred partially sighted and very deaf. Your prompt service is highly commendable Reviewed on: 29th April 2021
