Was pleased/impressed you called to tell me I was too late for the higher interest rate acc, and flexible to let me go for the slightly loweer one. I have had 4 regular saver accounts with Chorley, I feel the same book could be used all the time for the same account numer. This saving money as the Saffron building society does for their regular saver accounts. They just stop me and put pain out and go on to the next one in the same book Reviewed on: 30th October 2020

It;s nice to deal with a small "diddy" b.soc where you can talk to a real person - not computer!!! I am disappointed that you've don't email or write to exisiting customers when you have a new savings offer - I found this by accident, reading someone else's website!!! Reviewed on: 27th October 2020
