Local building society that offers good savings rates. Cannot think of anything you could do to make my experience better, except for more user-friendly application form as you are the only building society to ask for annual income / relatives in position of authority. I wrote to ask about the replacement for the loyalty saver (due to mature 31.10.19) and was provided with details of the over 60s account (with a super interest rate), then Hannah has helped by keeping the passbook save until my paperwork for the maturity arrives. Please keep your regular savings accounts running in the years to come! Thank you for looking after my savings. Reviewed on: 16th November 2019

I have been a Chorley Building Society Customer for a number of years now; principally opening Regular Saver Account opportunities. Opening ofsuch Accounts has always been easy and straightforward and maturing funds repaid to myself promptly. Reviewed on: 2nd November 2019
