Nice and simple to deal with, straightforward products. Efficient with paperwork etc. Perhaps introduce loyalty fixed rate bond for longer term with better rates. Reviewed on: 17th October 2019

Products and service excellent. Phone service clear and efficient. One or two issues with paperwork. 1. Application form not suitable for new product (last year). 2. Confustion over "Application Form" when applying for Regular Saver. Both times prompt feedback from Chorley. Reviewed on: 11th October 2019

Opened new account and closed previous account (both regular saver accounts) by post. Cheque for old account closure and passbook for new account arrived promptly and without hassle (good experience) Reviewed on: 10th October 2019

1) Repay savings when matured direct to bank account via FPS instead of by cheque, 2) Allow part of process of matured regular saver. To be used as 1st payment of new regular saver rather than insisting on new cheque that crosses with Chorley cheque repaying maturity process! Reviewed on: 9th October 2019
