1. Good customer service from friendly staff2. Savings applications forms feel heavyweight, especially when just renewing 3. (Free) electronic payments or maturity would be much better than cheques 4. Higher rates - 2.5% is the absolute minimum I can save at, and any interest rate rises much be passed on. 1. I was opening a regular saver - good interest but coming down BUT ancient practices2. I have had 5-6 yet treated like a branch new customer for id / explanation purposed (I had maturing account) 3. I am in 5-6 regular savers BUT only you and Yorkshire Building Society BOTHER with passbooks. I want online eg Santander, Nationwide, Halifax, Lloyds.
