Have been a customer for quite some time now both standard savings accounts and fixed rate bonds.. As existing customers we always get emails informing us of any new saving options. Also kept informed of any change to interest rates. During Covid with restrictions we were able to carry out our required banking needs with the usual excellent serice which still applies today Reviewed on: 5th March 2025

Firstly, good interest rates. People are very helpful and friendly in the office and on the phone. Dealt mostly with Amy in Leyland and it was a pleasant to go into the branch. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Dealing with Chorley by phone has been a really good experience. All agents I have spoken with in the last two days have been knowledgeable, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with.
