Long time customer

Have been a customer for quite some time now both standard savings accounts and fixed rate bonds.. As existing customers we always get emails informing us of any new saving options. Also kept informed of any change to interest rates. During Covid with restrictions we were able to carry out our required banking needs with the usual excellent serice which still applies today Reviewed on: 5th March 2025

Excellent knowledge, confident and efficient assistants

Excellent knowledge by the counter team at my local branch. I had done my research, but both of the assistants volunteered the information about the account I was opening without being prompted. I was very impressed! Also, the opening times, far exceed those of other banks and building societies locally. In an ever shrinking pool of options, it turns out, the one I was left will is far superior that I could have anticipated. Reviewed on: 4th March 2024

Savings made simple.

Chorley & District for over half a century.

We have been with the Chorley & District Biulding Society for approx. 55 yrs both as savers and mortgagees, with very good service over all of that time. You are still giving us a service by keeping our deeds safe with deed safe. Still happy with the service. Reviewed on: 4th March 2024
