Long time customer

Have been a customer for quite some time now both standard savings accounts and fixed rate bonds.. As existing customers we always get emails informing us of any new saving options. Also kept informed of any change to interest rates. During Covid with restrictions we were able to carry out our required banking needs with the usual excellent serice which still applies today Reviewed on: 5th March 2025

Local, you can talk to a person, can sit down, helpful and efficient, there is a place to park and a comfy waiting area. I don't like the thickness of the glass and how it restricts hearing. Reviewed on: 1st December 2023

They stay open until 5pm, the staff talk to you at the counter and try to help you - unlike Santander and Halifax where they push you to the cash machines. Reviewed on: 17th November 2023
