My amazing experience with Chorley's savings staff

Gill Cinar in the Chorley's savings department spent a great deal of time on 24th July helping me to establish an on-line facility for me. Without her patience and friendly but professional help, I would probably still not be able to go on line. She followed up the following day with a telephone call to help me to make an investment on line. I am not a complete idiot on computers but I would otherwise have had great difficulty in achieving my objective. Gill's help was an excellent example of customer service at its best.
