Just wanted to champion Chorley Building Society (and Joyce), for their fantastic customer service. No corporate nonsense and delaying tactics re withdrawals - just good old fashioned assistance. I recommend them to any investor for this reason alone. Reviewed on: 18th December 2023

Too many unnecessary numbers

The registration > log-in> withdrawal process has too many steps and verifications. Have never in over 50 registrations been asked for my Nat. Ins number as part of log-in! At least 5 different numbers or codes needed Reviewed on: 8th December 2023

Local, you can talk to a person, can sit down, helpful and efficient, there is a place to park and a comfy waiting area. I don't like the thickness of the glass and how it restricts hearing. Reviewed on: 1st December 2023
