Long time customer

Have been a customer for quite some time now both standard savings accounts and fixed rate bonds.. As existing customers we always get emails informing us of any new saving options. Also kept informed of any change to interest rates. During Covid with restrictions we were able to carry out our required banking needs with the usual excellent serice which still applies today Reviewed on: 5th March 2025

Local, knowledgeable & friendly

Been saving with Chorley building society for years, also previously had a mortgage with them. Great service, friendly staff, very knowledgeable on products and most importantly they are local! Very happy to recommend them highly. Reviewed on: 27th February 2023

Excellent service happy to deal with customers in branch.

Recently opened savings account in branch, very helpfull assistant - a cashier who was actually willing to handle cash. None of the usual meeters and greeters you find in the larger banks/building societies directing you to a cash machine. All the paperwork came through by post the following day.
