The staff are wonderful, whether it be on the phone...

The staff are wonderful, whether it be on the phone or in person, you always get treated with respect and courtesy. Recently I went into the branch to get some help with downloading and making myself familiar with the new Sercle App. I had a first class experience with both a volunteer who helped me download it, and helped me get to know how to work it. This gentleman's name was Gary. Then his manager Aimie came to speak to me too, and she was so personable, and a joy to chat to. 10/10 for both Aimie and Gary Reviewed on: 29th June 2024

As I struggling single mum back in the early 2000s I would save with credit union and get loans that were with minimum interest for holidays and Christmas.Now am an older single mum it's ideal saving pot for the future. Reviewed on: 18th June 2025

A credit union - the right way!

I became a member of this credit union a few years ago now but I have never had a disappointing experience with them in that time. The staff are helpful and go the extra mile for you, I have used them previously for loans against my savings with them and I will continue to choose them over a bank / payday loan as they tailor your repayments to you, always check the affordability and are always at the end of the phone if you need them.
