Customer help,Customer service, advice given about any financial issues, both at counter service, and, online,are clear and precise. As a family we have been treated fairly, received straight advice when needed. All in all we agree that East Kilbride Credit Union seems to have been created just for us. I have had a very Pleasant time having a credit union account it has help me with finding better ways to save and also how to compacted my money into better ways, I have been in several times over the years and have been treated in a lovely manner and never had a problem with any staff or my account. Excellent experience

I've have had 2 loans from the credit union within the time of having an account with them and it is by far the best experience I've had. From asking for a loan.... to obtaining the loan. I've been a member for over 20 yrs. I use EL credit Union for savings and loans. Having used my savings as collateral for a car purchase and home improvement in the past. First class service, good interest rates and staff amazingly helpful. Reviewed on: 19th May 2024
