Simple, timely new customer application process

I am currently managing my late partner's estate and as it has been ongoing now for a year, I needed to split the released estate funds across multiple banking organisations to protect them under the FSCS rules. I did my research and Monument was one of my chosen bank options. The online application was smooth and straightforward, with my online account set up swiftly so that I could transfer funds across.
