I have been with south Manchester credit union for quite a long time now. They have literally been with me through thick and thin and I wish they knew how grateful I am of them. Being a single mum of 4 boys, they have helped us have a roof over our heads when it was hard to come up with full rent and to put food on the table. South Manchester credit union is helping me with the yearly bus ticket excellent, very helpful, then I ask for a loan for my family and my mum who is 75 year old and then they approved looking at my credit and accessing the situation, which was amazing. It is always easy to communicate with south manchester credit union and I love that they have an app to communicate through too, whenever I need help with anything from information about my account or applying for a loan there is always a friendly staff member ready to help, the help is always straightforward, informative and easy to understand, and south manchester credit union make you feel at ease, not under pressing and that they care, they don't judge anyone's background or situation and I love that Reviewed on: 28th May 2025
