From making the application to the loan hitting my account it was a smooth process. Really considerate and kind staff who take all your finances into account but are non judgemental. Really helpful information shared about reducing my outgoings and great savers account. I also have contacted previously regarding interest and the initial person who processed my application, called me back which again is good practice of customer service as she knew everything and didn’t need to go over things again with a new person. Friendly, reliable and very helpful

First applied for my credit union account and loan. My account was set up straight away with no issues. I was contacted by the loans team within 5 days of applying. Extremely helpful with my questions and concerns and discussed with me, the best loan for my situation. 100% recommended. Very reliable, friendly team. Reviewed on: 1st July 2025

Everyone of these lovely people helped me massively...

Everyone of these lovely people helped me massively when been let down with other companies, helped me to a new borrowing tools to help further increase my credit score, never used my poor credit scores of not helping and its been a pleasure of these guys helped me lovely supportive I would recommend this lovely people with a Heart never non judgemental about people's credit history put helped others, I've never failed my repayments all ways on time never missed one, and now I've moved from a welcome loan but an other loan, thank you guys hope you continue your dedicated hard work helping others highly recommend and appreciate these caring and understanding people and support others when they been failed my lenders they never judged me or my credit file but very supportive l!!
