Very nice on the phone, willing to come close to a competitor offer at renewal and explained how their cover was more comprehensive. Only thing... Only thing that did bother me is the call handler couldn't clarify the policy on roadside assistance if you have a dog with you - I have heard of roadside rescue refusing to take the dog in the cabin with the owners and insisting the dog stay in the towed car on their own - this would be an absolute deal-breaker for us and so I would appreciate insurance providers having a clear policy on it. The AA’s full name is the Automobile Association. It started out with just 90 members but today has over 14 million and is the UK's largest motoring organisation. Whichever product you choose, you can manage it using the mobile app.
