I have used Acorn for years.

I have used Acorn for years. Have always been declined for a "proper loan" due to bad credit history despite now owning a house outright and working fulltine which is frustrating. However, I am able to get a loan using child benefit. I wish they'd take into account other factors when making decisions. Reviewed on: 28th January 2026

Fantastic!!

They are always quick applying the loan to your account. Easy paying through my child benefit which goes to their account. Never have to worry about missed payment, rest of the money always transfered back by the afternoon. Loved the fact I was able to top up loan a little earlier in time for Christmas.
